Yes, our team of Event Specialists are here to work with you! We are a full service caterer and offer a wide variety of services to bring your event to life. We can take care of all your beverage needs and coordinate rentals required for your day. We strive to make this easy on you. Reach out & let’s get planning!

Our menus are seasonal so please get in touch about your event and our team will be happy to send you the current menu offerings.

Food, beverage, staffing, and rentals will all be listed separately on your proposal as per your specific event needs. Our Event Specialists will work with you to determine details regarding your guest count, venue & cooking facilities, bar services, event timeline and more.
If your venue doesn’t offer a kitchen, we will coordinate kitchen equipment rentals to create a catering kitchen on-site.

We generally include all rentals required for food and beverage service in your initial quote. As your event details evolve through the planning process, we will ensure everything required is booked, organized and delivered in time for your event. We are completely transparent with all rental changes or adjustments throughout the planning process. There will be no surprises on your final invoice in regards to extra rental fees.
Please note that any lost or broken rentals over $50.00 will be billed to you directly after the event.

Absolutely! We are a fully licensed catering company and hold a valid travelling liquor license. We offer a full selection of wine, beer, cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. We can provide these services at your event under the protection of our liquor license.
Alternatively, we are happy to serve your provided liquor products at no additional charge. In this case, you must provide your own Special Events Permit if required by your venue. We ask that you submit both the approved permit and your beverage menu to us in advance of the event so we can serve you best.

We do our best to accommodate cancellations and postponements. However, the 50% deposit made upon confirmation is non-refundable. We can be flexible with date changes depending on our current schedule & bookings.
Any additional payments made are also non-refundable within 7 business days of your event.

We offer our services throughout the Okanagan Valley. Travel fees may occur depending on the location of your event. Get in touch with one of our team members to see if we’re available!
