Live Food Stations
Interactive stations prepared live by our chefs. Minimum 50 people per station.
“Food stations transform a meal into an exploration — your guests choose their own culinary adventure.”
Instead of a single menu, guests move freely between curated stations, each with its own culinary theme, visual identity, and aroma. Our chefs work live at select stations, adding theatre and energy. The result is an event that feels alive, social, and endlessly interesting.
Every station below requires a minimum of 50 guests and the rental equipment necessary to run it (passed through at cost). Station decor is always included.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum guest count for a live food station?
Each individual station requires a minimum of 50 guests. Events under 50 are better suited to passed canapés or a single shared buffet.
How many stations should I have for my event?
A good rule of thumb is one station per 50 guests, with a variety mix. For a 150-person cocktail event, 3 stations (e.g. pasta, slider, and charcuterie) plus canapés works beautifully.
Do food stations include chef attendants?
Yes. Live stations are chef-attended for interactive preparation and theatrical presentation — this is what makes them different from a buffet.
What are your most popular live food stations?
Our most-requested stations include the oyster bar, hand-rolled pasta, slider bar, carving station, and live dessert plating. Custom station concepts can be developed for branded events.
