C&C catered two events I ran during the June FIFA season in Vancouver, and I cannot praise them highly enough. It was a short-notice catering request, and Alexia, who I liaised with throughout, was incredibly responsive, clear and concise in her communication, which allowed plans, proposals and refinements to happen in a very tight window.
I have to single out Alexia for how wonderful she was to work with. After our first event, she preemptively raised changes to the proposal to cut unnecessary costs we'd discovered, and she was consistently receptive to short-notice adjustments, whether weather shifts or changes to attendee numbers. It felt like a genuinely cooperative relationship, rather than one where every penny was being extracted.
The food was superb, the communication was impeccable, and the service was wonderful. I would highly recommend working with them. In my experience, their staff are exemplary.

We had such an amazing experience with C&C for our wedding! The food was incredible, and we received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. Everything was delicious, but the sablefish in particular was a huge hit — so many people went out of their way to tell us how much they loved it!
A special shoutout to Alexia, who was wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process. She was so helpful and responsive, and we really appreciated all of her support leading up to our wedding.
The team on the day was also fantastic. The bartenders were amazing and so much fun, and our guests absolutely loved them! One of the catering servers was especially wonderful to us throughout the evening, continually checking in and making sure we had food whenever we had a chance between everything going on. It was such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to us on such a busy day.

We used Cocktails and Canapés for our event last week. It was our first time working with them, and we came through a referral (for which I’m so grateful!). I had been coordinating with Taylor for a few months leading up to the event.
Our event was small and held in a warehouse space, and Taylor helped me create a truly lovely experience. We had a few minor snags along the way, but she remained calm, proactive, and incredibly helpful throughout. She made excellent recommendations to keep the event elegant and even helped bridge gaps with additional suppliers when needed.

Alexia was an amazing manager who was able to make all the pieces of our blanketing ceremony for Squamish Nation run smoothly from setting up the tables to providing delicious food. They were understanding and patient of issues we had during planning and were able to accommodate every small detail we needed. We had a few guests with babies that we didn't expect but they went above and beyond acquiring some highchairs from a local business they had a relationship with so that our children could sit comfortably and safely. When one of our guests requested coffee, something we didn't plan to provide, their team went and got extra supplies for our tea station to include the last minute coffee request and they provided this service free of charge even though we were ready and willing to cover the extra cost we expected. We will definitely be using their service again!

From the very start they were the only catering company that responded promptly to our inquiry about their services. Taylor was super informative, helpful and extremely organized. She made planning so seamless and stress free. We went with a bar service, a live chef station and a grazing station and it was beyond my expectations! The decor, setup, efficiency in everything they did was perfection. Everyone at the event couldn't stop talking about how unreal the food was! The C&C team who worked the event were professional, kind and went above and beyond to make it a success, I was blown away! Miranda was such an angel and made everything run smoothly. weddingCocktails & Canapes catered our recent wedding and we couldn't have asked for more! We had passed canapes and a 3 course plated dinner. The menu selection process and tasting were a great experience, we could tell this team was committed to their craft. C&C dealt with our guests' allergies/dietary restrictions in a seamless manner. At the event, all the dishes were beautifully plated while also being delicious. Our guests raved about the food! Good food is important to us and it was always going to be a big part of our event, thanks to C&C for making it happen.

weddingCocktails and Canapes catered our wedding and 2 events leading up to the wedding. Each event had fantastic food that was different and all very tasty. The staff were very friendly and professional and Gabriella was particularly great to work with leading up to the event. We and our guests were pleased with the quality and taste of the food on a large scale (140ppl). Overall would recommend C&C for any event, large or small.

We had grazing stations, food stations, and bar service for 120 people, and we also rented tables, chairs, linens, and glassware. They were very accommodating of all of our requests and had plenty of delicious options for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free guests. Taylor was amazing to work with, she was really responsive and organized, and gave us a lot of useful insight in planning our menu. Our tasting was a lovely experience, and the food was even better on the day of the wedding. Our guests raved about the food and the setup and service were seamless. The bar staff in particular were really lovely. I would absolutely recommend them for your wedding!
corporateCoktails & Canapes went above and beyond for the event they catered for us. We are thrilled with the customer service and the food was absolutely incredible. As a farmers' market membership organization they delighted us with the amount of farms that they worked with to source all the ingredients for our meal. Our guests are true foodies and everyone LOVED the meal. Also the on site catering staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We had the best experience and would 100% Hire again.

Alex had been helping us from the very beginning, and she's been nothing but patient and helpful. We had a great experience at our wedding tasting. Our canapes were delicious, the family style dinner was AMAZING, the entire team that worked at our wedding from the servers to the bartenders were all so sweet and friendly. We couldn't have hired a better caterer.
We've received TONS of compliments from our guests about the food, and we just hope our next weddings/events to attend hire Cocktails and Canapes so we can have more.
