Plan Your Space is not a reception venue — it's a planning service we bring up when clients are dealing with complex multi-room events or unfamiliar venue footprints. Their Burnaby studio lets you walk through a proposed event layout at actual size before the event, so you can feel how guest flow, table spacing, and stage placement actually work.
We've found it especially useful for: weddings with a ceremony-to-reception flip in the same room, corporate events with main-stage + breakout rooms, and any venue where the client hasn't seen the space before.
Not relevant for every event — but when it's useful, it's genuinely useful. Included here because our venue list treats Plan Your Space as part of the event-planning ecosystem, not just a reception venue.
