Sky Hangar is the most unusual venue on our roster. It's a working Sky Helicopters hangar in Pitt Meadows converted into a 6,000 sq ft open-concept event space with 20-foot ceilings. For clients who want their guests to remember the space as much as the food, it's a genuine conversation piece — helicopters are often parked adjacent, framing the entrance.
The venue has in-house AV already installed: three large screens and a full audio/visual system that handles most corporate presentations without needing additional rental. That's unusual at a venue of this character — most rough-hewn industrial spaces require full AV build-out.
Pitt Meadows is 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver, which matters for planning. For weddings with out-of-town guests staying downtown, we recommend a shuttle. For corporate retreats already based in the Fraser Valley, the location is actually a plus.

- Location
- Pitt Meadows — about 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver in normal traffic. Shuttle strongly recommended for guests staying downtown; on-site parking is abundant.
- Kitchen
- Many Vancouver venues have warming or prep kitchens only (not full hot-cooking lines). We bring our own mobile induction + convection units when needed — already factored into the per-guest rate for this venue.
- Bar
- For venues without an in-house liquor licence, we coordinate through our hospitality partners under a BC Special Event Permit — one itemised wine/beer/spirits line on your quote, no hidden markup.
- AV
- Three large screens + full audio/visual system included. We coordinate presentation content directly with venue AV staff — no separate AV rental usually needed.
- Weather
- The hangar doors open wide in summer for indoor-outdoor flow. In winter, full climate control keeps the interior comfortable regardless of outdoor temperature.
